You may be required to submit copies of valid identification documents (such as a National Identity Card, passport, or driver's licence) and proof of address at any stage of your relationship with b99. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of your account and the withholding of withdrawal requests until verification is complete.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction. All deposited funds are held in your b99 BDT wallet and are available for use across all products on the platform immediately upon confirmation of receipt.
You confirm that all funds deposited into your b99 account are from legitimate sources and that you are the authorised holder of the payment method used. b99 does not accept deposits made on behalf of another person. Deposits that cannot be attributed to the registered account holder may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.
All transactions on the b99 platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). There are no currency conversion fees. All balances, bets, winnings, and bonuses are displayed and settled in BDT.
Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by verified account holders. b99 reserves the right to require completion of KYC verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests submitted before KYC verification is complete will be held pending until verification is finalised.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a method pre-registered on your account. b99 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not associated with your verified identity.
b99 aims to process withdrawal requests promptly. Standard processing times are outlined in the Payments section of the platform. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand, during public holidays (including Eid and national holidays in Bangladesh), or where additional verification is required.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within your account dashboard at the time of submission. b99 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests that exceed standard thresholds.
b99 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free-bet credits, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements communicated at the time the offer is presented. Where a conflict exists between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion's terms take precedence.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limits for each bonus are stated in the individual promotion's terms. b99 reserves the right to void bonus winnings where wagering requirements have not been satisfied.
b99 actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, placing opposing bets to minimise risk while meeting wagering requirements, and systematic exploitation of promotional errors. Where bonus abuse is identified, b99 reserves the right to cancel the bonus, void associated winnings, and close the account.
b99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotion at any time, with or without notice. Active bonuses already credited to an account will be honoured subject to their original terms unless there is evidence of abuse.

Sportsbook bets — including cricket markets covering BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures — are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant sporting authority. b99 reserves the right to void bets placed on markets that were offered in error or where the odds were manifestly incorrect due to a technical fault.
b99 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its discretion, including where: the bet exceeds applicable stake limits; the odds were displayed in error; or where b99 has reasonable grounds to suspect the integrity of the event being wagered upon.
Any dispute relating to a game result or bet settlement must be raised with b99 support within 30 days of the relevant event. Disputes raised after this period will not be considered. b99's decision on all betting disputes is final, subject to the complaints process set out in Section 15.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the b99 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:
Zero Tolerance: b99 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward fraud and money laundering. All suspicious activity is reported to relevant authorities. Accounts involved in prohibited activities will be permanently banned and all associated funds will be frozen pending investigation.

b99 does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. b99's total liability to you in respect of any claims arising from your use of the Services shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you to your b99 account in the 90 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
b99 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its sole discretion, including where: a breach of these Terms is identified or suspected; fraudulent activity is detected; a self-exclusion request has been received; or an account has been inactive for an extended period. Where an account is suspended pending investigation, b99 will communicate the reason and expected timeline to the account holder where it is safe and lawful to do so.
You may request the closure of your b99 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any verified balance remaining in your account will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to applicable verification requirements and these Terms. Bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.
